How a protected order moves

2. Access is delivered on-platform
The seller delivers credentials, or completes activation on an account you supply. Everything lands inside the order, so nothing depends on off-platform promises.
3. The 69-hour inspection lock
You get 69 hours to sign in and test the subscription. Approve early to pay the seller straight away, or raise a dispute to freeze the funds where they are.
4. Human tribunal, if needed
Disputes go to a mediator who reads both sides and the evidence attached to the order, then decides a refund or a release. No automated rejections.
